Steelers are filling a need for a 4th LB in the 3-4 defense and filling a huge need at HB with Darren McFadden. Raiders just created a beast pass offense and are okay giving up McFadden with the presence of MJD. Overall both teams are bettering themselves in different areas. A slight concern with giving up the top two WR for the Steelers but with the 1st round pick, they should be able to get a replacement in the draft.
